 Angelico Winery Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us on our site. 

I. What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site? 

When you visit angelicowinery.com, our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long a viewer stayed on our website. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shopping experience better. 

We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you if shipping was requested. 

II. Sharing of personal information – We don’t do it. 

Under no circumstances will we share or sell any personal information that we collect with any third parties or other web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold, distributed or shared. 

III. Newsletter Opt-Out. 

If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletter emails that will let you be removed from our email list.  

IV. Consumer inquiries and privacy. 

If you have any questions about your privacy or would like to be removed from our marketing list, simply send us an email at oangelico@angelicowinery.com. 

V. Protecting your information. 

All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) – a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to a reservation. 

If there is severe weather on the day of the reservation, guests may still cancel their reservation on that day prior to the time of their reservation and receive a full refund. 

Guests who do not cancel their reservations prior to these deadlines are not eligible to refunds.  

If you have any questions during your visit, please ask one of our winery teammates and we will be happy to assist you.   

PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT – RESERVATION POLICY – OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES 

If you are only picking up a wine order and not staying at the Winery, no reservation is necessary. 

ach reservation is for up to 2 hours from your reservation start time. Guests will be notified by the staff when they are reaching the end of their time as a courtesy.

If you wish to make a reservation for a larger group of more than 12 guests, it will need to be booked in advance and through our Event Coordinator and may only be available at specific times. 

Music Weekend Reservations require an additional cover charge ($5/pp for tables).  

Guests are welcome to bring outside food to the winery, however no outside alcoholic beverages are allowed (violation of NJ Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Code). All coolers and bags are subject to search and any alcohol brought to the Winery will be confiscated. 

Drone flying is prohibited anywhere on winery property. 

Making multiple regular reservations for the same time and date will not be accommodated. If you need to book a group reservation, please call the winery and speak with the Event Coordinator. 

AT THE WINERY – SEATING – CHILDREN – PETS 

All guest must Check-in with our Concierge. Guests are prohibited from  

self-seating anywhere on the property. 

Our staff will escort you to your assigned table, chair seating area or vineyard area. Do NOT change your seating assignment without contacting our serving staff. This will directly impact our ability to complete any food or wine orders. 

Tables and chairs cannot be moved by guests. 

Our staff is not allowed to serve any customers that do not have an assigned table, seating area or assigned vineyard area.   

Guests who bring in their own food are asked to clean up your assigned seating area before the end of their reservation. Trash bags are available upon request.   

Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult at all times.  Children’s bicycles are not allowed on the winery property.  
 
We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who appear to be intoxicated. 

Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and the IDs of anyone buying or drinking alcohol will be checked. 

Pet Friendly Areas in the Vineyard 

Dogs are to remain leashed at all times and can only be in grass areas.
Dog owners are to remain with their pet at all times.
Cleaning up after your pet is required. 
Loud, barking, aggressive or agitated dogs are not allowed anywhere on the winery property. 

Smoking in the designated area only, indicated by smoking receptacles.  Smoking is not allowed at the tables, chair seating areas, inside any building or in the vineyard areas.
